Where are you located and what are are your office hours?
Cynthia: C Juliet Writing is located in Columbia, SC. I am a “real person” with a virtual office. I successfully and efficiently serve my clients by communicating through telephone, email, fax and U.S. Postal mail. Since I don’t have the overhead of an expensive office, I am able to provide premium service for a reasonable fee.
My office hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. However, since most of my clients work during traditional business hours, I schedule telephone consultations/appointments with my clients at a time that is convenient for them, which may be as late as 8pm on a weekday(Saturday by appointment only).
What is the process to get a resume written and how much does it cost?
Cynthia: Here are the simple steps:
1-Visit the Services page and see the levels of prices for resumes and resume packages. Make your selection.
Payment is required prior to beginning writing service.
Payment can be made by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you DO NOT have to open an account. Just click "Buy This" button and PayPal will allow you to use any major credit card/debit card or checking account.
If you are unclear about which services you want and which level of pricing applies to you, call me at 803-699-9782. I can assist you.
2- Email, fax or mail a copy of your current resume. If you do not have a current resume, please complete and email the Resume Questionnaire at the bottom of the Services page.
3-Once I have received your resume and payment, you will receive a Customized Questionnaire to complete which will be used to create your new resume.
4-A rough draft of your resume will be emailed to you to review for accuracy.
5-Upon approval of your rough draft, your competitive resume will be emailed to you as a MS Word document.
6-You are eligible for 2 FREE revisions within 14 days of receiving your completed resume.
How long does it take to get the completed resume?
Cynthia: After your Resume Questionnaire is completed and returned, it usually takes 5-7 business days to complete. I do not offer same day service. However, I realize there are certain circumstances that necessitate a rush service. This service is offered at a fee upon availability.
